Help Me Please!!! Please In a music competition, a participant has to score a total of at least 40 points in the first four rounds combined to move on to the fifth and final round. Glenn scored 4 points in the first round. He then went on to score additional points in the second, third, and fourth rounds. In each of those rounds, his score was identical. Which inequality best shows the number of points, p, that Glenn scored in each of the second, third, and fourth rounds if he earned a place in the finals? 4 + 3p ≤ 40 4 + 3p ≥ 40 4p + 3 ≥ 40 4p + 3 ≤ 40

Well lets see...I need to have 40 apples to quench my hunger ... *sorry I'm hungry but this is relevant i promise lol I need 40 apples, the first time to the fridge I ate 4, when I went back to the fridge the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time...I ate the same amount of apples...so after you add what I have eaten...will I have eaten enough? In order for me to be full...I need to have eaten AT LEAST 40...so \[\large 4 + 3(apples) \ge 40\]

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

So basically...just replace (apples) with (points) lol

Nnesha (nnesha):
