The slope for (-3, 4) and (2, 4) would be
M= (4-4)/(2- -3)=0/5
M=0/5 = 0
Y=mx+b
2=0/5*4+b
4 = (0/5)*2 + b
4=0+b
b=4
Y=0/5x+4
equation would be y=4
