for each meal you will need half the portion of the things that are not good for you and if you want seconds only get of the things that are good for you, cut back on the sweets, and watch your salt intake.

okay but im kinda lookin for an answer along the lines of monday: cereal and orange juice for breakfast turkey sandwich and water for lunch lasagna and sprite for dinner tuesday: ETC
