You definitely want your main points and sub points to be broken down. Transitions are usually one sentence, so there's no real need to reduce it. The introduction and conclusion I usually keep as they are, since I want them to be as impactful as I wrote them. You can break the introduction down though. This one's tricky, sorry if I'm not much help!
