Will fan and medal, algebra 2 help. http://prntscr.com/8wri8w PLEASE SHOW YOUR WORK. I'd like to understand, and note that I have no idea how to do this.

OpenStudy (triciaal):

one approach using the 2nd equation write the expression for y using this expression for y substitute in the first equation. you now have a linear equation with one unknown. solve for x. put this value of x in the expression for y and compute the value for y. it is a good practice to check the solution so use your (x,y) values in either of the original equations to verify.
