so from the previous problem, we said L=4w and that P=80 so plug it into the equation where you see L and P so 2W + 2(4w) = 80
so do i multiply 2 ( 4w) ? @nikato
yea. and you can simplify it more by combining the two terms on the left
so it would equal 10w = 80?

then i divide 10 by both sides which would equal w = 8
correct. which means the width is 8
