(1+.0016x^2)^.5 Trig Sub?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Stuck on another problem. In this one, I have \[\sqrt{1+.0016x^2}\] I know that the trigonometric substitution is x=tan theta. From now on I will use T for theta since it looks messy with theta after every secant or tangent. You end up getting (1+tan^2T)^.5 * sec^2T. Beyond that I have an issue getting it back into x=tanT. I just need a bit of guidance, I don't need it all done for me. :)
