Find the critical numbers of f(x) = 18x^3 + |x^3-x^2|. Determine at which critical numbers will the tangent line become horizontal. I have solved that the critical numbers are: -2/51, 0, and 2/57 However, I graphed it and it seems that the tangent is horizontal at -2/51 and 0.
