3*7-4*0=21 check if this is correct
3*(-2)-4*(-3)=21 check is this is correct
3*0-4*7=21 check is this is correct
3*(-3)-4*(-2)=21 check is this is correct

Well fit in each number and it should give you the answer

C - (7,0) because 3x7= 21 add 4x0 = 0 which then equals 21 :)
