hint:
A(B-C) = A*B - A*C
-4(x-y) = ?

So first we solve and simplify
pemdas
first parenthasees
9-4(x-y)=-6x+6
distribute using distributeive property of multiplication which is a(b+c)=(ab)+(ac)
so -4(x-y)=-4x+4y
9-4x+4y=-6x+6
add 6x to both sides
9+2x+4y=6
subtract 9 from both sides
2x+4y=-3
only A matches this
A is the correct answer
