@Owlcoffee

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

I am not understanding well the graph, what do the axis represent?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not sure

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

I will suppose that the y-axis is the tables and the x-axis is the number of chairs. As you can see, this is an inequality of two lines which a region, represents a solution for the system. Now, All that gray area is what the company can perform, and all those points are representative of chairs and tables. Now, see if you can spot point (12,5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah I spotted it

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

Does it fall on the gray region?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

Then the company is not able to perform 12 chairs and 5 tables.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i have 2 mor e want to help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

more*

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

Sure.
