PLEASE HELP! WILL REWARD! Look at the figure: An image of a right triangle is shown with an angle labeled x. If tan x° = 3 divided by y and cos x° = y divided by z , what is the value of sin x°? sin x° = 3 divided by z sin x° = 3y sin x° = z divided by 3 sin x° = 3z

Im so lost when in comes to this question...

OpenStudy (gabebae):

Alright I know the answer Do you know how to solve it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i moved to a new school so this is all new to me..

OpenStudy (gabebae):

cosx = adjacent/hypotenuse since cosx = y/z You'll need sinx = opposite/hypotenuse

OpenStudy (gabebae):

Are you homeschooled?

OpenStudy (gabebae):

The answer is sin x = 3 divided by z

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not anymore.. i was until i decided to go to school my senior year.. i just started school about 2 weeks about but i have no idea how to do this

OpenStudy (gabebae):

What are you taking for math?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (gabebae):

nice.. but that's the answer
