can some one help me quick Which statement describes the translation of y = −1 over 5(x + 5)2 + 2 from standard position?

OpenStudy (gabebae):

Are there answer choices?

OpenStudy (zpupster):

y= (-1/5)*(x+5)^2 + 2 think what would x+5= 0, x=-5 so that would shift left 5 units and when this part (-1/5)*(x+5)^2 = 0 y= 2 so up 2 and -1/5 would flip it and flatten it
