The bowling alley offers a party package that includes unlimited games and shoe rental for $10 per person. Morgan thinks it will cost an additional $3 per person for snacks. What is the maximum number of people that Morgan can invite to stay under his budget of $175? A. 13 B. 11 C. 10.77 D. 10

OpenStudy (jacob902):

@Deadly_Roses what do you think it is ?

OpenStudy (deadly_roses):

well to figure this out we first must subtract the $35.00 from the $175.00 which gives us a total of $140.00 left.... now to people we know that its $10.00 a person right? plus $3.00 in food...so that makes it $13.00 a person....so we take the $140.00 divided by $13.00 which gives us a total of 10.76923076923077 which we then round to 10.77...so your answer should be C. 10.77

OpenStudy (baru):

the answer is 10...10.77 should be rounded to 10, you cant have 0.77 persons

OpenStudy (deadly_roses):

oh right sorry i forgot to round it...
