I am currently stuck on a post lab question. I under stand the first part of the question and can answer it however the second part of the question asking about ways to decrease detection limits is confusing me. The full question is in the image below. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I think it's saying what factors can have an effect on detecting caffeine, so possibly other ingredients, the persons body limits, fat, etc
