It's well know that companies aren't greedy anymore. The owners only have the safety and welfare of the workers in mind. They are always more than willing to pay a fair wage and offer decent benefits to their employees. The management, nowadays, never talk to their employees like they are their wife or dog. You're right. There's no need for unions anymore.
