Heart Rate is a great way since it is faster when you are tired and been working out, Your thirsty after working out for a while and you persperate (sweat) a lot when you are tired
ok so how is it talk test?
Talk Test doesn't really gauge it since you could easily be breathing heavily at any stage of working out like when you just start or 30 minutes in. The Talk Test is only helpful at the beginning but farther in it isn't as effective whereas Heart Rate, Thirst and Perspiration go up
