Completely random.... I need someone to help me think of a story outline.

I need it to have something to do with all of the following subjects:
*Voodoo
*The NRS-2
*Fluorescent lights
*Black Sapote , and
*Speed reading

can it be fictional? because i can totally see a world where Fluorescent lights become all powerful and take over the world, enslaving humans to be their lightsources instead.

Well lets see, Personally i'd take the side of the Fluorescent lights, so i'd start off with a random, nobody tech team giving a Fluorescent light AI capabilities, without understanding the boudaries they have broken down by doing so.

From this point on, the Light begins transmitting data worldwide through the computers that it's currently connected to, silently enlisting the help of other fluorescent lights by installing various forms of AI in them, while not making them as sentient as the main character is.

at this point the government has realized what is happening, but it's too late to stop it as the sentient fluorescent AI has already learned more about operating systems, coding, and whatnot than the people can ever hope to understand. from here on he hacks into the whitehouse, gaining access to nuclear launch codes, rewriting the algorithm for them ,and creating a threat to everyone worldwide (He has also done this to every other country). Being the only one in charge of the Bombs, it's easy for him to demonstrate his power, and force humans into submission.
