Well, if you medal spam you could become a mathlete at a lower SS but you'll have to be quick to make a congratulations post about it before the moderators suspend you.

and yeah @nnesha mentioned correctly: all users except 1 have ss <10. thus they were not logging in many times. thus they were 1 time used, thus he spammed himself

Please keep in mind that the title program is not our oldest feature. I was at 80-82SS when it started and I automatically qualified for Mathelete with my previous medals.

But yes, it's possible to get Mathelete at around 70-75SS but since it was most likely medal spam, they can be punished.
