I added all the sides together & got 20, but that's not an answer choice. Answer choices are:
A. 90
B. 24
C. 38
D. 58

to find the length of the rectangle, you need to subtract the unwanted space from the length.
15ft-4ft=11ft
then you need to do the same with the height
14ft-6ft=8ft
and now you have the length and height of the rectangle
(you should know this part)
the last step is to add together all the sides to get the perimeter!(there are 2 ways to do it)
option1: 11*2+8*2
option2: 11+11+8+8
and the perimeter would be 38ft!
