go diameter times radias

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 144 x 3.14?

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

let the length of square be L

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

given L^2 = 144 =>L =12

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

as radius of circle is L/2 from the figure

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

circumference of circle = 2*pie*L/2 =>pie*L

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

I believe you can multiply=> 12*3.14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

37.68?

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

:)

thank you :)
