C. Are working to increase the student/computer ratio
D. Have plenty of computers because they work with large computer companies.

I think it is B but I'm not so sure, help please!

In fact, may be C, because governments in many countries try to install computer labs in each school all over the country.

It's strange that you would be asked this question without being provided with some lecture notes or notes in general of some sort. I want to say C is more likely but B is also possible.
