OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know what an ionic bond is? and what covalent bond is?

OpenStudy (jebonna):

Lithium carbide? Because if there is no oxygen involved it ends in 'ide' and you just put the two together, is that what you needed?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

these are my answer choices @jebonna a- ionic compound b-binary compound c-molecular compound d-covalent compound

OpenStudy (jebonna):

It is a binary compound as it only consists of lithium and carbon however that is also an ionic bond because lithium is a metal and carbon is not. Can you choose two or only one?
