MEDAL!!!! in a group of 100 voters, each person has 1 vote, and the quota is a simple majority. What is the Shapley-Shubik index for each voter? Hint: Each voter should have the same Shapley-Shubik index.

So our quota is 51.
If you were to write out all the sequential coalitions you would get that each voter will be pivotal only once.
therefore since they are all pivotal only once you do the amount of times they are pivotal and divide by the quota.
so 1/51
