MEDAL!!!! in a group of 100 voters, each person has 1 vote, and the quota is a simple majority. What is the Shapley-Shubik index for each voter? Hint: Each voter should have the same Shapley-Shubik index.

OpenStudy (ac3):

So our quota is 51.

OpenStudy (ac3):

If you were to write out all the sequential coalitions you would get that each voter will be pivotal only once.

OpenStudy (ac3):

therefore since they are all pivotal only once you do the amount of times they are pivotal and divide by the quota.

OpenStudy (ac3):

so 1/51
