The graph of `y = 3` is a horizontal line through 3 on the y axis EVERY point on this line has a y coordinate of 3. It doesn't matter what x is. Some points on this line are... (1,3), (2,3), (8,3), (-11,3) The graph @surjithayer has shown is the correct graph
