The perimeter is adding all sides together, after all the perimeter is the outer ridge, not the insides, an example could be that the cops covered the perimeter of the building, that would be the outside of the building, right?
So, in terms of this let's list all of the side lengths that you have:
60 5/6, 54 1/3, 56 1/6, 59 1/3
Knowing this, we need to list them in an equation format:
60 5/6 + 54 1/3 + 56 1/6 + 59 1/3 = ?
Now we have to make the fractions even.
60 5/6 + 54 2/6 + 56 1/6 + 59 2/6 = ?
Now to finalize by adding everything together:
56 + 54 = 110
110 + 60 = 170
170 + 59 = 229
5/6 + 2/6 = 7/6 -or- 1 1/6
7/6 + 1/6 = 8/6 -or- 1 2/6 -or- 1 1/3
8/6 + 2/6 = 10/6 -or- 1 4/6 -or- 1 2/3
229 + 1 2/3 = 230 2/3
To finalize with estimation it would roughly be:

@IHelpYouLearn Well, you did a good job at getting the answer, however you should try to either explain how you got the answer step by step, in addition, we're not allowed to give the answer out freely until the person who asked the question at least participates a little in trying to answer the question, just to throw it out there since I got suspended for 24 hours over it.
