Many believe the United States Constitution was made to be inefficient, meaning it does not create a system that works quickly. If this is true, why would the Founding Fathers have made the Constitution inefficient?

This is more of an opinion question. By saying that the Constitution is written inefficiently is to say that the Founding Fathers wanted America to be a continued work in progress, constantly changing and improving with the future. This would also mean that antiquated laws that we have in the Constitution now should be revisited and continually improved upon.
