ASVAB PRACTICE TEST - NEED HELP - EXPLANATION
If a patient doesn't receive treatment for a certain injury within 2 hours after injury, the patient's chance of survival starts decreasing by 15% each hour. If no treatment has been given within 4 hours after injury, roughly, what chance of survival will the patient have?
CHOICES 70% 72% 75% 77% 80%
I know the answer just dont know why they chose that route. Please tell me what u think it is
well if it is decreased by 15% for each hour after 2, that means you have two hours that the chance of survival is decreased.
So which would you chose?
so 15 * 2= 30 and you subtract 30 from 100 which gives you 70
Lol i did that! I saw the explanation thats not it
Interesting...
I knew people would say 70 but the answer is not that. But if u do figure out how to do it then ill know three is a way to get it. Because i dont think i would think of this.
I can mail it to you
