Help with triple integrals Please ;_;
Calculate f(x,y,z)=1
S={(x,y,z)∈R^3 -2≤x≤2 and -1/2 √(4-x^2 )≤y≤1/2 √(4-x^2 ) and x^2+3y^2≤z≤4-y^2 }
