Eric works at the snow cone stand at the state fair every Saturday. He gets paid $25, plus $0.10 for each snow cone he sells. This weekend, he wants to make enough money to purchase Dragon Warrior V, the newest version of his favorite game. He knows that the game will cost $52.70 including tax. How many snow cones will he need to sell to earn enough to buy the game? Would it be 27 snowcones since he'd work 2 Fridays, and then yea....that'd be 50..then 27 snow cones for 10 cents each like....52.70?...Idk I just woke up sorry

OpenStudy (deadly_roses):

well 52.70 - the 25.00 makes it 27.70 that he still needs so then we divide that by 0.10 which equals 277.....

Oh oh oh!! I see okay so basically any problem like this I would just like Blank - blank = blank divided by blank and then yay?..

OpenStudy (deadly_roses):

yep, pretty much :)
