Harmful algae blooms costs are divided as follows: Community Health Education was 21 million in 2012, 19 million in 2011, and 17 million in 2010. Fisheries Recovery was 15 million in 2012, 12 million in 2011, and 9 million in 2010. Recreation and Leisure was 5 million in 2012, 4 million in 2011, and 3 million in 2010. Monitoring and Enforcement was 1.25 million in 2012, 0.75 million in 2011, and 0.25 million in 2010
