OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

Which is the graph of y=1/2x?

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a is the graph because it has a rise of 2 and a run of 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and it is not D because the slope is not negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C is the graph because it has a rise of one and a run of two. The slope of a line is equal to rise over run. So it needs to move one y(rise) for every two x(run)

OpenStudy (hungergames13):

First, you graph on the y axis and b is 0 so you mark a point 0 on the y axis. Then, you graph m which is 1/2 so you'd go up 1 over 2. and then connect the points by drawing a line through the points

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

o-o words

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh @JosephTheAusom is right sorry it is rise over run not run over rise

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

Thanks for helping me, i understand it much better
