It's not B. Nuclear power is one of the cleanest power sources there is. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, nuclear is up there with solar or wind in terms of environmental friendliness.
But, of the four options you have there, it would be A. In light of the recent nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan a few years ago (not to mention Chernobyl and Three Mile Island), a lot of people are nervous that the plants are unsafe. Additionally, another big concern of a lot of anti-nuclear groups is the huge cost of building nuclear power plants. Power companies which build the plants increase their rates to cover the enormous cost of the nuclear plants. So customers end up paying higher utility bills.
