That's a easy question but the rule sys I cannot just give you the answer, so the hint is that the position of these elements on the periodic table defines what kind of element they are
e.g Na is group I metal, therefore is alkali

Yes, and Group Ii are called alkali earth, B groups are transition, I don't know the exact definition of innate transition though cuz I don't study inorganic in great detail
