Help Please?!?! Complete the following prompts using complete sentences. https://wca.sooschools.com/media/g_geo_ccss_2014/8/img_geou08l21_3.gif A.Write a hypothesis that compares the volumes of both figures. B.Calculate the volume of each prism. Was your hypothesis correct? Why or why not?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ello love :D need some help?

OpenStudy (raquelkelli01):

Yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so we know that the figures have the same measurements, yes? only thing is that one is slanted

OpenStudy (raquelkelli01):

Yes, so how would I write the hypothesis??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so we have rule that states that the volume will be the same for both figures, even though one is oblique... :)

OpenStudy (raquelkelli01):

So, that's the hypothesis then..right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

basically, we would state: the two figures will have the same volume because they contain the same measure sides.

OpenStudy (raquelkelli01):

And then for the second part, I'd find the volume for both figures and say yes or no if the hypothesis was correct, yes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes because we use the standard equation to find volume for both figures

OpenStudy (anonymous):

good job buddy :D see! you didnt need my help :P haha

OpenStudy (raquelkelli01):

Ha, I very much did need your help and thank you so much for that. :) *high five*

OpenStudy (anonymous):
