This is my issue this site claims to have all this backing but yet no Customer Service at all no Window to talk to a Mod no Adults here to Moderate or Warn others but allows Kids on here daily and does not even check there own Moderation. I guess I will have to start to call the backers of this site, I am sure they have phone numbers this is very bad.

I am now on the phone with NYU which btw has never even heard of Openstudy
but yet it says on the front of this site they are a backer. I am on hold atm waiting for someone higher up from there University.

Do you see that description, help is the key not just give answers out right with out teaching this is where kids talk to other kids to get free answers to there questions then kids fail on there tests due to not getting solutions to the issues they had in the first place.

Some might get help I have seen it over the 2 days my kid was on here maybe 1 in every 100 answers someone actually is trying to teach someone how to do the problem other than just giving it for a Medal or titles.
