I think after the "you had your chance you lost it" you should erase the end, it goes on too rambly. Like, I don't think it makes sense in a song, it'd be to hard to sing. But the rest of the song is great.

Yeah, There's not much of a rhythm here. It's a bit all over the place which is fine if you have a melody in mind, but, if not, I would try to stick to a solid rhythm.
