Does anyone understand the following equation?

\[R _{\mu \nu }-\frac{ 1 }{ 2 } g _{\mu \nu}=\frac{ 8nG }{ C ^{4} }\times T\]

All I know is the meaning of G (Newton's constant) and C is speed of light
