Does anyone understand the following equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[R _{\mu \nu }-\frac{ 1 }{ 2 } g _{\mu \nu}=\frac{ 8nG }{ C ^{4} }\times T\] All I know is the meaning of G (Newton's constant) and C is speed of light

OpenStudy (matt101):

This equation seems to be one of Einstein's field equations. More info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einstein_field_equations Unfortunately this is beyond my level of expertise, so I can't be much help explaining it.
