I reinstated him once because he begged he will never spam agan, but Jay couldn't handle a tiny piece of the CoC. How hard is it not to spam? He literally spammed the math chat in his main account (shown in the pic posted by bibby). He wasn't suspended before when he did that. His behavior got him suspended.
