What my teacher said to do ~you reassign differenct values to your scales on the axes. Be sure to write on each axis what you are using for your scales. for example, 2, 4, 6,.... or 5, 10, 15...

My problem~ How am I supposed to graph my answer when my y value is above +10, but the graph only goes up to +10?

You need to change the scale on the y-axis. Your highest y-value is 44, so it would be good to make the y-axis go from 0 to 50. instead of going by ones on the grid, go by fives.
