The downward force of an object is 21.2 Newtons. It is placed in water. How much water is displaced? In other words, what is the volume of water that is displaced?

You would probably need a few more parameters to calculate a specific value. The amount of volume of water displaced will be the same as the amount of volume of the object that is being submerged!
unless the body is floating, in which case you can use \(\rho = 1000 \; kg\, m^{-3}\) ie the floating body displaces its own mass of the fluid in which it floats....
