Can someone please explain to me how to do this problem? "The fractions of regions in a country with maximum interstate highway speed limits up to and including 70 mph was 43/50. The fraction of regions with 70 mph speed limits was 29/50. What fraction of regions had speed limits that were less than 70 mph?

they are saying 43/50 states have speed limits from say 50 up to 70 they are saying 29/50 have a speed limit of exactly 70 they want to know how many have slower speed limits than 70 to find out we subtract 43/50 - 29/50 that will be the number with limits slower than 70
