Does this qualify as math? My math teacher asked me this. A man falls off a 50 foot ladder but doesn't get a scratch. How does this happen?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Will fan if someone gets it

OpenStudy (trantom):

He could fall off a 50 foot ladder onto a platform 49 feet above the ground

OpenStudy (trantom):

or he could fall of the 50 foot ladder onto the ground but the ladder is laying on the ground

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@trantom, I don't know, that doesn't sound right.

OpenStudy (trantom):

yea "the ladder is laying on the ground" makes sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He fell of the bottom step

OpenStudy (trantom):

or he fell onto a giant foam cube :))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@LittleNinja, thanks, I think that's it. My math teacher is always telling us riddles and such. Will fan, if you want me too.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea, i want u to fan me.

OpenStudy (trantom):

or he fell of a 50 foot ladder but didn't get his lottery ticket, so he didn't get a scratch XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Why not?

OpenStudy (trantom):

I think the ladder was laying down would be the best answer as far as riddle answers go though the bottom step is a little more obvious to me but maybe I'm weird XD
