Math help! Will medal!
I need someone to check my answers Here are the questions.
hi, you can't have 4 roots for 3rd degree polynomials. can you pxplain me why you chose "a" for 1
#1 The rational root theorem tells you that the only \(possible\) rational roots are -1,1,-3,3, but you have to check if any or all of them are in fact roots. So proceed the checking and make the conclusion.
Ok Im confused Am I right or wrong for 1? And What about the rest?
@Allieeslabae Do the checking by substituting x=1 in f(x) and decide for yourself. In the exam or in real life, no one can check for you. f(1)=(1)^3-(1)^2-(1)-3=?
Im not asking you to check for me, im asking you to check my work that is already DONE. If you dont want to help then so bid, Have a great day! @mathmate
@Allieeslabae You have not shown your work, so I cannot check your \(work\). I have shown you a way to check your own "work" or guess, whatever it is, in less time it take you to wait for a response from someone else, AND by doing so, you can do this on your own for exams and real life. I hope you understand the good intention of showing you how to check the answer, which is the actual "work".
What are you talking about... With the quotations around work, why not be normal and stop making things so extreme... If I got it right let me know... there's nothing wrong with that... Its not like I came here completely lost with no answers.... nothing. But I did, and I tried. A person who was trying to help would understand obviously I was second guessing my self and I just needed to one to confirm I am right, then that would give me more confidence the next time. Don't worry about it, thanks for trying to help.
Since you have worked on it, then kindly show the reasoning that you chose the first one and not any of the rest, so we can confirm or correct your concept. At least, show why the other ones were not chosen, please.
@Allieeslabae wow.. that was rude:(
I tried saying it as nice as possible. Its okay this question is closed, I already got help! XOX
