Why it should? (I'm not so sure how to explain this..) Criticism might be taken too harshly and be mistaken as "Bullying", but sometimes in reality, the person is trying to help improve one's statement or idea, but if not careful of re-wording their criticism, it can look and sound harsh and can sound like that they think that person's statement is stupid or ignorant.

@Vickyisthesmartone123 I have no quarrel with you, my friend but what is it about my profile picture that you think is "not appropriate"? If you are indicating about my bare legs, why would that be an inappropriate feature? This isn't church and I think I'm allowed to show my legs like everybody else is allowed to. It isn't pornographic or inappropriate in any way in my perspective, have a good day friend!

Why it should be illegal is that is can hurt people and leave a long lasting effect. This can fuel them to do extreme things (normally negative)

One More Reason Why Not:

A reason why it should not be illegal is that now the government gets involved and is looking at people posts and media more then they already do, that violates our constitutional rights. Also it would be limiting our free speech.

Why it should be illegal: Cyber bullying is harassment. Harassment outside of the internet is illegal. Cyber bullying is an extension that should also be illegal.

Why it shouldn't be illegal: What constitutes cyber bullying? Does it matter what the bully intended or is it based on the victim's perceptions? These blurred lines make it a difficult think to pin down.
