Firstly figure out what the physical properties of water are

So it's probably surface tension that you're looking at

i think it has to do with cohesion and adhesion. what i mean by cohesion is that water molecules are attracted to eachother so in another word they 'stick together' and this is what forms the water droplet and adhesion is when the water molecules are attarcted to another substance and in this case it is the leaf
