I'm guessing you outline the process of amending the constitution use for every amendment so far. 2/3 of the states ratifying. The ERA handout outlines this process. The other method for Amending the Consitution is a Convention of states. Every stated would send a delegate, just like the original Constitutional Convention. That body would have power to amend. It's never been used.
