I honestly don't get part b) It seems like they're just asking the same thing as in part a) but they only want one root. So all you have to do is type in one of the roots from part a)

For part c) you just use the roots to factor Rule: if x = c is root of p(x), then (x-c) is a factor of p(x) Extension of the rule: if x = a/b is a root of p(x), then (bx - a) is a factor of p(x) a,b,c are whole numbers
