The rule for the 90° clockwise rotation is (x,y) -> (y,-x) change the each coordinate (x,y) according to the rule F = (-1,1) is changed into F' = (1,1) O = (-2,3) is changed into O' = (3,2) X = (-3,0) is changed into X' = (0,3)
