Please somebody can check out if my answers are correct. Thanks.@triciaal

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

ya

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

Ok 3 is wrong. It says write the represents each section. If there are 100 square. And 20 in each it would be .05

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

so it is wrong

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

4 would be .0.60 divided by 0.05=12

OpenStudy (wmj259):

Oh, I mispoke, I notice that you seem to have a few decimal place issues. You almost had the correct answer for number 4. You just need to rearrange the formula you wrote.

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

? That does not make sense what you said @wmj259

OpenStudy (wmj259):

Also your number 8 is wrong. Same issue with also a decimal place issue.

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

5-8 is right. But the eight has to be 0.08

OpenStudy (lochana):

I think "section" in 3rd one is previous "section" from 2nd problem.

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

@blanca1 don't listen to @wmj259 (not trying to be rude.) but he or she is wrong!

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

@lochana ??? Wha??/

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

I don't understand what you are saying.....

OpenStudy (lochana):

yes. they never say, take 100 squares and then find a decimal. right?

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

to do the formula yes. Than you are going to get the decimals number for the answer

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

@lochana

OpenStudy (lochana):

and 3rd one has an issue. it should be 0.6 / 3 = 0.2

OpenStudy (ronlover101):

? Are you on the right question. Accuse 0.6/3=0.2 is correct but where did you get those numbers from the graph>?

OpenStudy (lochana):

0.6 is shaded area 3 is the number of sections (within shaded area) and 0.2 is the decimal for each shaded area

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lochana 0.60 is shaded area

OpenStudy (lochana):

7th one is correct

OpenStudy (lochana):

8th one one should be 0.72/8 = 0.9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks lochana for your help

OpenStudy (wmj259):

@lochana .72/8=.09

OpenStudy (lochana):

@wmj259 you are correct. sorry about that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm confuse with the differents answers

OpenStudy (ronlover101):
